Zoë Porter is a Lymington based Ashtanga Yoga teacher. With more than 15 years of experience and trained by some of the most experienced, skilled, and no shit teachers around, she is a Senior Yoga Teacher (YAP) and Yoga Elder (YTT) and is now training a new generation of Yoga teachers.
Zoë is a free spirit with a love for body art and spiritualism. In her classes you can expect a heady, vigorous Yoga practice free of the dogma, coupled with soft, beautiful chanting and blissful breathwork. Adaptations and modifications are presented to make the practice accessible, but everyone gets to work hard and challenge themselves. Join her on the mat and feel the magic flood your mind during relaxation afterwards!
I am a midwife, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a gentle guide for women on the path of coming home to themselves.
With presence, tenderness, and deep listening, I support women in reconnecting with their inner truth, strength, and freedom — through the body, the breath, and the soul. I offer loving guidance during pregnancy and postpartum, helping women feel held, prepared, and empowered as they move through these sacred thresholds.
I teach Kundalini Yoga, including classes dedicated to pregnancy and postpartum — nurturing the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space for connection, rest, and trust in one’s own rhythm.
I also create silk eye pillows infused with lavender — small, soothing companions for deep rest and quiet moments of care.
I am the founder of HERARTÉ — a space of authenticity and feminine awakening. A place where women are invited to soften, to breathe, to remember. To come back to themselves — not as versions shaped by expectation, but as their truest, most radiant selves: whole, real, and deeply enough.
Tracey will be offering a beautiful evening on Saturday to ground and settle our bodies after a full day of events and yoga. With a beautiful sound bath to clear our minds and prepare us for the Beltane Celebration around the fire. During this session we will balance and explore creative ideas and bring clarity to our mind
Jimmie is qualified to teach vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga. He enjoys powerful, dynamic hatha flows, and emphasises careful sequencing with breath to create mindful, centred practices.
"For me, yoga is much more than the gymnastic exercise of building strength and flexibility through asana. The meditative focus of finding alert stability and relaxed ease in your physical body - in the moment, as well as cultivating humility and acceptance for your own limitations, are powerful transferable tools which can transform the way we approach our lives.
I hope to bring some of the gratitude and joy I've found to classes 🙏🏻❤️😊"
Michelle has spent over 30yrs teaching singing and researching the healing vibrations of the voice and its applications for health and well-being. In this workshop, you will learn basic breath work, connecting breath to third eye resonators (Golden Key), how to feel and experience the power of your voice vibrations, sing the rainbow vibrations, circle singing and connecting your voices together, creating a vocal sound bath, and of course the power of healing with the voice. Healing Vibrations for positive mental and physical health and wellbeing
You don’t need to be a singer to be able to use these vibrations!
Facilitated by Michelle Nova - MISM, AOTOS

Healing through Singing, Colour and Music Now, more than ever, we need to re-connect with powerful vibrations and how to use them to heal and protect ourselves and others.
Vicky teaches moon sessions in and around The New Forest with Community and Connection at the heart of what she does. At Soul Awakening we strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
Through our classes, workshops, and moon ceremonies, we foster connections that go beyond the yoga mat—building a tribe of like-minded souls who uplift and inspire one another. Together, we embrace the journey of awakening, knowing that healing and growth are amplified when shared with others.
At Soul Awakening New Forest, we invite you to step into your power, align with the rhythms of nature, and reconnect with the radiant light within you. Your soul’s awakening is our shared purpose—and we are here to walk this path alongside you.
Vicky will bring teaching of Kundalini Yoga with a special blend of Beltane teachings for the Sunday morning Sudhana :)
Lisa Davies from Squidge and Pop
Opening the festival with a beautiful session for children full of gentle yogic movements, mindfulness and bubble magic. This will be a magical start to the event for the weekend, designed to get the children flowing and moving and connecting. A great way to gather the children together and meet each other in a safe and warm setting. Lisa will bring vibrancy and colour to the tent whilst the adults can set up, and walk the festival to see what's on offer. Really exited to host Lisa
I am a somatic dance guide working at the intersection of movement, presence, and deep listening. My work is rooted in the belief that the body carries wisdom — and that through conscious, intuitive movement, we can access healing, clarity, and creative aliveness.
In my classes and spaces, dance is not about performance or perfection. It’s about relationship — with self, with sensation, with breath, gravity, and emotion. I hold space for people to explore what’s true in their bodies, to move through what’s stuck, and to return to the ground of somatic trust.
My approach is intuitive, trauma-aware, and soul-led. I draw from a range of practices — including authentic movement, somatic experiencing, improvisation, and meditative stillness — to support a return to the body as a safe, expressive, and empowered place to live.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, notice, and move from within — to follow the body’s cues and reclaim the dance that is already yours.
Ecstatic Dance with Poppy Rey
Step into a sacred space of movement, sound, and soul. This ecstatic dance invites you to release, express, and connect deeply with your body and spirit — no steps to learn, no rules to follow, just pure, joyful freedom.
Through curated music journeys blending uplifting beats, soulful rhythms, and healing frequencies, you’ll be guided to move intuitively, shed what no longer serves, and awaken your vibrant, authentic self.
Whether you’re looking to dance your heart open, find playful flow, or simply be held by the music and community, this is your invitation to come as you are — to dance wildly, softly, fully.
All bodies, all levels, all stories welcome. Let’s co-create a collective pulse of liberation and love ✨️
